In addition I would say, they look for evidence of consistent performance.
The work that I did helped the service workforce to collect reliable problem data from customers and facilitated the in-house replication and fixing of these problems.
I was also involved in solving some high profile problems worldwide.

Generally I find ceremonies stressfull. This one is no exception. The adrenaline in this case overcomes the jet-lag and wine but it is a close call.
